BASIC SHOTS:

There are three BASIC SHOTS: Wide, Medium, Tight.

1. WIDE

Wide shots show location and establishes a sense of place for your viewers.

Medium shots allow viewers to follow the action but still observe people’s faces.

Tight shots (or Close-ups) show detail and sometimes add drama.
